Book of unwritten tales 2-there is a game halting bug where you use the waterwheel and do not get electricity-no matter what I do I cannot advance in the game-can someone please help-very frustrated

Technically, they could post from their cell phone, a friend's cell phone, anyone's cell phone (or replace phone with tablet) and still not have electricity from their domicile.
