Dessimu: Thank you! Finished it pretty fast just because I was near the Book 1 end. Which is sad. I'd love to continue the game. Anyway, time for a new game to finish.
It seems nobody wants to choose a game for you, so I will do it again.

Please play Blackguards Special Edition next. I'm interested in that game myself and so I'm curious what you'll have to say about it.

Challenge accepted, Mr. PaterAlf. I shall use my wit and skills to beat Blackguards to it's final moments and I shall happily share my insights about the game!
Progress on Might and Magic III:

Today I cleared the cavern below Swamp Town and explored large parts of the first Golden Pyramid (the one in sector A2). Both didn't give my party much XP, but it was still great, because I found some altars and gems that gave my characters huge stat boosts. The whole party is much more powerful now. I might even feel brave enough to face the damn Minotaur again now (which means I will probably die again).

The pyramid also icluded several statues (or computers?) which gave me a lot of passwords to different dungeons and the solution to several puzzles. It feels a little bit like cheating to use them, but it might be useful, because some of the riddles are quite obscure and it's hard to find the right answer.

Looking forward to continue my journey tomorrow.
The usual Might and Magic III update:

Today I've explored the dungeon below castle Blackwind and freed the spirit of the old mage. This dungeon was the most annoying one so far. Half of it consists of teleporters and it's impossible to keep in mind which squares you can walk on without danger and which ones will teleport you away. In the end I decided to draw my own map which wasn't too hard, but took very long. I reached the corners of the dungeon quite fast (that was needed to free Blackwind), but I kept exploring and mapping, because I thought I might find a power orb in the middle of the dungeon. I was wrong. All I got as a reward was a random number that I will surely have a use for in the future. Besides that I also got a lot of XP and was able to level up twice.

I also cleared the last city (Blistering Heights) which was quite easy and I finally found the fountain of youth (which means my whole party is young again.

Greetings, everyone! :)

I would also like to join this illustrious club. I have recently finished Paper Sorcerer, my very first dungeoncrawling RPG, and Raptor: Call of the Shadows - both of which I enjoyed. Yet still my so-called backlog remains as huge as ever and I still remain undecisive what to play next.
I have currently over 400 games on GOG which I have not played and a handful of other games, for example on Steam.

As I will not list every single one here, I focus on those games which I have already installed. If you are not pleased with the selection, feel free to name another game on GOG - chances are I already have it.

Regarding my own preferences:
I would not prefer games which do not have a fixed ending, for example a campaign or a story-mode. However, I am willing to play such a title, if one of you would choose certain conditions for me to mark a game as completed. :)
In addition, I would like to play a game series in order, if possible and generally recommended.
My laptop is also not the strongest.

GOG Games:
- Age of Wonders I also have the other titles, but no experience with them whatsoever.
- Baldur's Gate 1 & 2 Complete Never played them when they came out, although I have a disc copy of the original one. I installed the recommended mods to merge both games and expansions into one. I tried to play the title two years ago ( I think I got to some cave where I defeated some sorcerer or something...) but eventually life got in the way and I lost interest. I would be willing to start anew or continue my previous quest.
- Bastion A title which intrigued me for some time, but I never came around to play it.
- Battle Realms Complete No experience whatsoever.
- Caesar 3 Just played the very first mission.
- Cities in Motion Complete Just installed it.
- Fallout I never played a single title of the series.
- Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Complete Never played the campaigns.
- Hotline Miami 2 - Wrong Number I loved the first one. What a fun game. However, no experience with this one.
- Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis Bought out of curiosity.
- MDK Played it as a kid, never got far.
- Nexus - The Jupiter Incident Heard all the praise, but the only space games I ever played were Freelancer and Star Wolves.
- Odallus - The Dark Call Looked fancy. I have a controller, but I don't know if it works.
- Planescape Torment Supposedly a fantastic game, but I never got around to give it a try.
- Sacrifice Same as above.
- Serpent In The Staglands Looked like a Song of Ice And Fire feels. I like that.
- Settlers 2 Gold One of the games of my childhood. I think I am stuck in mission 4 of the campaign for quite some time now.
- Shovel Knight Just installed it, but it sure looks cool. :)
- Space Pirates and Zombies I played that one for quite a bit. As far as I remember, I got pretty far in the story, but at some point it required a significant amount of grinding in order to progress. Willing to continue from where I left it.
- Star Wars - Dark Forces I am fairly unskilled at FPS games, but this title looks fun enough.
- Star Wars - Knights of the Old Republic II I finished its predecessor several times, excellent game. Never even started this one.
- Trine Enhanced Edition It sure looks pretty, but my machine doesn't handle it well. I am somewhere in the relative beginning.
- World in Conflict - Complete Edition I am unsure how my laptop might cope with the pressure, but it might be just enough.

Other games:
- Warhammer 40k Dawn of War: Winter Assault, Dark Crusade and Soulstorm I initially leaned towards Winter Assault to play next, as I enjoyed the original title very much and have a disc copy of it, which I actually never played. But now I let you guys decide! :)
- Rise of Legends A very nice RTS, but I could never finish the campaign.
- No One Lives Forever 1 & 2 They are said to be both excellent and fun FPS. However, I am stuck somewhere in part one. Unfortunately, I have only the german versions available, which I both got from some games magazines.
- Mass Effect 1 & 2 I heard the praise, but I don't know if my machine can handle it. Willing to give it a try.
- GTA San Andreas I played the heck out of Vice City, never got into this one, however.
- Dragon Age Origins - Ultimate Edition See Mass Effect :)
- Company of Heroes + Tales of Valor See above. :)
- Age of Empires 1 & 2 + Expansions Oh how I love these games... Yet I can not remember if I ever finished the campaigns of them. At least probably not of the first installment.

Whew, that sure is a lot to read and choose from!
So please, gentlemen! Make your choice or suggest something else! I would appreciate an explanation why you chose the title you did. ;)
Thank you! :)

Nymes: Greetings, everyone! :)

GOG Games:
- Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis Bought out of curiosity.
Greetings, Sir. It's nice to see a new face in the club.

I would suggest Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. I believe it to be an interesting and worthwhile adventure. I would be interested in the game myself, so if you decide to make progress updates, it would be interesting to read. Also, the game should run smoothly.

Mark of the Ninja
I shall suggest this game to you. I started it many times, but never brought myself to properly play it. My first impressions however were very good. :)

HereForTheBeer: Well, I think if someone has Jack Keane in their backlog then that is the automatic assignment.
It's in my backlog and I'm playing it.
Just came across this pretty cool article here. Don't know if anyone's heard of the website "The Backloggery" but it's a pretty good/simple way to keep track of your games and meet others who have accrued quite a large backlog.. If anyone wants to check it out. :)

Meanwhile, I have a TON of GOG games I must attend to, but I'm currently on video game hiatus until ~mid February, so I might hold off on officially joining the club until then. Great idea though, mindblast!

Tried most of the similar sites that i could find. The problem with Backloggery is that you can't import libraries from Steam or GOG. It's great if you have few games, but for a huge library, it's a hassle to import every single game if you want to do that.

http://www.completionator.com/ and https://www.grouvee.com/ gets the job done for me. Both have import options.

Backloggery it's great, especially if you have a lot of physical copies or even old consoles and stuff like that.
