Looking at screens in the evening, particularly in bed has been proven to disrupt circadian rhythms. But not because of the blue light, but because of psychology. The brain starts to associate night and bed with activity on a computer or phone rather than sleep. People who fall asleep watching TV or reading have similar issues. It's a matter of training your brain to sleep when you need to sleep. Put the phone down BEFORE you go to bed and you'll see that no matter how long you looked at it, once you start associating bed with SLEEP instead of facebook, you will sleep better in about a week or two.
