AlexY: I'm weak. I got it. I couldn't resist.

But it's CivV dammit. ;D

Virama: Review pls.
I'd really like to hear more as well. I tried it at a friends place and I'm not sure whether it was because I didn't play it at my own place or because I had such high expectations but I didn't connect to it at all when I played it, and i absolutely love Civ 4. He's not playing it anymore either.

Here is a very thoughtful one, concentrating more on the downfalls. To put it in right relations, most friends of mine think that CivV is average with potential, not too bad, not too good.

And as soon as i know from RockPaperShotgun, Ubi has removed DRM from AC2 and SC Conviction with latest patch, so go for it :D

Not removed, just scaled back. You have to authenticate each time you boot the games. They've updated the article since.

Yeah. Basically just the Steam model with a much more minimalistic client.

Although, is there word on whether or not there is still any streaming content?

Steam typically only requires you to authenticate once..you may have bad luck with offline mode and have to connect again for some reason or another, but from what I gather this is rare.

I would expect to see them here before too long. GOG's Tom/Vandal does PR for Timegate. Probably another timed exclusive like Total Annihilation was.

That's quite misleading it probably has more changes than the whole of the series which precedes it.
