Oh I thought you were referring to the 4 for 3 game packs, the ones that gave you 4 copies of the same game for the price of 3 lol.

BTW does anyone know if The Guild 2 Renaissance is better than The Guild Gold?

Can't speak of experience with Renaissance but *Every* Guild game is the complete predecessor and a few extras.

Renaissance especially is the last Guild game + a community mod + the mods bugfixes that was hired and picked up on and added to the game. In that sense it feels pretty wrong to see it come out as a full blown expansion.

If you only want one game, get the last one. Multiples really don't get you any added value.
