Navagon: Mafia 2 still isn't released there?
Nope. PC version isn't getting a local release according to 2K. Took a month or so to get that answer from 2K. Steam support, are being their usual "helpful" self. I sent them a message asking them to email the member of 2K I had been talking to so they would finally remove the game from sale.

They gave their usual cookie cutter response of, "The game is not currently available in your region, we can't tell you when it will be, but check back soon!"

I responded asking why they didn't read my first message.

They responded, do you have an official forum link as we can't find this announcement.

Ugh! I gave you a ****ing email address of who to contact did I not!?

So I expect them to still be selling the game well into 2012 at this rate.

*sigh*
This is against the idea of the thread but I don't want to make a new one so I'm going to ask it here. Should I get Dragon Age Origins (I would but I wonder if it'd be better to go for Ultimate Edition later, so is the DLC worth waiting/getting), Bioshock 2 Special Edition or Fable 2 (I really like the idea of split-screen but hear it's crap)?

In short is the DA:Origins DLC worth anything?

The biggest problem with Steam is undoubtedly some of the people behind it. When it comes to customer support they clearly don't know what to do in certain situations (presumably when they've exhausted their standard list of responses).

Leiliana's Song: Hell yes
Witch Hunt: Kind of
Shale: Hell yeah
Warden's Keep (or whatever it was called): It is okay. Not great, but okay
Return to Starting Place Whose Name I Forgot: I liked it. It isn't a combat heavy module, but it is nice

Awakenings Yup

So yeah, I would wait for a sale on Ultimate.
Pay what you want.

Wow looks like a sweet deal. However do they have the expansions for Alien Shooter 1? The GOG page boasts that it has the expansions Alien Shooter: Fight for Life and Alien Shooter: The Experiment. If you want everything do they not include these on GamersGate?

I did wonder about that myself. But personally I'm opperating under my usual assumption that if it's not mentioned and it's a selling point then it's not included.

If you're a completist then GOG's your best bet, I think. But the Gamersgate offer seems to be far, far better value overall, expansions or no.
It's the 21st anniversary of Golden Axe and Sega are celebrating by giving it away for free on Gamersgate for 3 days starting tomorrow. Link

Well the ideal thing to do for a completionist would be to buy both. However I just don't want to buy the same thing again in case GG's version does include those expansions.

Buy GG's first then.

Exactly. It's so cheap it's not exactly going to be a decision you regret, is it?
