So, is SR2: Reboot a stand-alone, expanded version of the same game, meaning everything that was in SR2 is in there, plus more?

Here's a list of what Reboot adds on top of SR2: http://www.mobygames.com/game/space-rangers-2-reboot It's standalone, like how The Witcher EE is to the default The Witcher.

I am tempted by the $9 Elven Legacy collection. I already have Elven Legacy and I like it, though I haven't finished it. Are the expansions worth playing?

Just be warned that Velvet Assassin is of really questionable taste. You play a character based on a real person who is depicted as addicted to morphine. And there are apparently some scenes that imply sexual abuse.
