lowyhong: Anyone purchased direct from them before? Any negative feedback? Are their games laden witih DRM? I've emailed them regarding that last question, but they've yet to reply.
I've got a few Sold Out games (mostly the PC Gamer presents ... series) and they tend to just be a disc check.

Pheace: Am I the only one turned off by Impulse's 'search/browse' ?

Every time I get to that page I just give up, it's crowded and often mixed with apps. It just discourages me from continuing to browse.
Impulse is trying hard to discourage any Europeans from buying from them :P

I think I do remember some big speech about wanting to keep things equal between US and EU sales or something. I believe that was right around the time they changed it so we had to pay in Euro's instead of dollars ... *facepalm*

Anyway xD

I got the Viva Pinata from yesterday. Sadly the GFWL crashes instantly on my main system and I'm using the other for streaming (although at least I managed to get in there and buy it ...) Guess I'll have to play it later :)

Actually they fought very hard to keep the price equal, but they HAD to change it because publishers/developers didn't want to sell at Impulse due to income loss with that system.

They also always try to get worldwide releases, but again, due to distribution issues (some games have different publishers in US and Europe) they had to implement restrictions on sales because again they didn't want to sell on Impulse if they didn't

It's a shame, but Impulse is still a great system.

Was that spiel spouted out by Brad or publishers? If it came from Brad you can pretty much take it as complete and utter BS.

I have a problem with viva pinata :(
I don't have home key (hp keyboard)!
I've windows 7, I open up the game but it says home key needs to be pressed to save game. I don't have home key on my keyboard, I try press every single key but sadly none work fine. I can't save the game :(
Any solution?

I already try press FN and left/right key but not work for me :(
