Rohan15: Miner Wars 2081 Pre-Alpha is 71% off for a grand total of $13.99.
WARNING: When you purchase this you DO NOT get the full game. Still, why not buy it? It looks epic, sexy, and fun!
From everything I have read on the game, you are buying the game, and getting a discount for it being Pre-Alpha (similar to the Minecraft deal.) Where did your information?

This, but I could be misreading it:
FEATURES
BUYING THIS GAME GIVES YOU ACCESS TO THE PRE-ALPHA VERSION OF MINER WARS 2081
Miner Wars 2081 is available now in a pre-alpha state for a 70% discount versus the full retail price. The current version of the game is still early in development and does not represent the final product. Expect bugs.

Miner Wars MMO will be a separate product and is not part of the current pre-order discount!

This is where I got my information:
This last phase of development was rewarding, but really very hectic. In recent weeks, we haveintensified our efforts to establish relationships with publishers and investors. The good news is, We have made a lot of progress in this regard and so we have decided to share our progress with all the fans. Literally! Finally, we are publicly releasing the game in its current pre-alpha state at a 70% discount from the price of the final version! Every player who chooses to buy the game at this stage of development will not only be able to play the game now, but will also receive monthly updates, as well get the full game at its release with no additional charges. We will be adding a lot of content to the game as we progress. As time goes by, and we near our final release date, this offer will become more expensive for you, so now is the chance to get the game for just a small portion of the price.

lowyhong: Can't wait till I get my copy of the game :D Ordered it last night.
You did ordered a physical copy? I also got interested but there's only a dvd version for Eschalon: Book II, and not for Book I, and I prefer to have none if I can't have both.

How much was for shipping, in US$? and what company delivers it? Anyone know this?
So...does anybody get their free King's Bounty: The Legend from Steam? :P

Shipping was $5 for me IIRC, fixed for anywhere else in the world, so it should be $5 to Brazil too.

I guarantee you that you'll get the full game. Just run a search for "gamersgate" on their forums. Also, Miner Wars MMO != Miner Wars 2081. They are two separate games.

'k, thanks. $5 is just great.

Navagon: So you really are just paying to playtest the game? No thanks. If they want to pay me to do that then colour me interested.
Apparently, you get a discount on the alpha and also the game updates as they update it and when the final build is released you get that free if you bought the pre-release alpha already. If you don't like playtesting you can just buy it, wait for final release and update to that and play, or you can beta test it now and as each new version comes out until final release.

Plus, I think they give you sneak peak pics and other stuff.

Now, I have 3 copies of KB. 1 from GamersGate, 1 from Steam and 1 from GOG. I'd happily give the GG copy to anyone if it was possible.

prakaa: how'dyou get the free steam one?
That was not free for me. But I remember that if you preordered King's Bounty Armored Princess, you got a free copy of The Legend and if you already had it, you got a gift copy.

You're supposed to check King's Bounty's store page from your browser, and somehow Steam identify you as an owner of the game (even if you haven't bought it) and you're able to download and play the game. I heard that the glitch has been fixed, though.
Ok, so the first day of the 1c advent calendar on Gamersgate is A Farewell To Dragons 75% discount £3.74. Not sure about other regions.
