My guess is around $10ish each as that's what other digital outlets have it at. But yeah, the cost to buy the pack is going to be pretty steep.

I've used GoGamer; it worked well for me and the games are from the US. The shipping wasn't the fastest though.

Use them all the time, never had a problem.
You can get imports and they are very reliable. The waiting time sucks, but the fee for shipping is always the same.

EDIT: The shipping cost goes up a dollar per game. 3 or more purchases gets you USPS Priority Mail. Still a good deal.
