Not too sure, I know you have to US their EA Download Manager to download the games, but as far as DRM, it is more of a per game basis I would think. I have only bought one game through them, so I don't have much to go on.

Isn't Latin America the region that's getting screwed over with awful pricing schemes on Starcraft 2? I haven't paid the game much attention. But I seem to remember that being mentioned.
