Ryoman: Games for Windows Live has Osmos on sale for $2.49 right now. It's well worth that.

I'll second that. It's not as easy as it sounds. Basic modes are get bigger, get bigger vs. AI cell, get bigger in the presence of an attractor (orbitals), and absorb attractors/respulsors. That said, I'm not fond of the GfWL game installer app. I had numerous problems getting PoP to work. It eventually did, though, but I had to reinstall Windows. For some reason I had Windows installed on N: and GfWL had absolute cow! Of course, it consumes space on C because all files should be installed there. Heaven forbid you have a SSD or small fast SCSI hard drive as the root of Windows.

Of course, being Ubi, the software was DRMed to heck with Tages, which seems reasonable - so long as those servers exist. (at least not UbiDRM)

I'd recommend waiting for the [Hot Air/Water] Christmas Sale, as it is usually the same price, and you may not have have as much trouble installing. Of course, it will demand to install where ever steam is installed.

In cases like this you may be able to use NTFS junction points (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896768.aspx for a helpful utility and more info). The directory will appear on drive C: but physically it will reside somewhere else.

Rohan15: I want to buy Zeno Clash...but I'm not sure if it's my type of game...
That game is so friggin' bizarre looking and the story is wacked with that "Father-Mother" character. I'm highly interested in playing it but my system is too outdated to run it.

I could swear those guys live on a permanent sale. There's nearly always at least 1 DD system offering sales on their games, be it Steam, Impulse, GOG, D2D or whatever. They should just stop beating around the bush and slash their prices permanently.

It's like a hybrid of a first person shooter and a beatemup set in one of the most incredible looking fantasy worlds ever conceived. I found that I really liked the gameplay, except for the shooting. The shooting made it feel ordinary. The brawling was great though and the game emphasizes the brawling more than the shooting. I love Zeno Clash. It's incredibly unique in its style.

Lots of good deals but no mention or FAQ as to how their service works such as rather or not you can back up to disc or if there is DRM.

I did notice thought that there is an additional $7 fee if you want to reserve the right to be able to keep re-downloading your purchase from them.

My guess would be Digital River rentware. Very few DR stores have a good deal with them.

Here is an experience from a gog user with their store. He had some DRM problems.
DotEmu sale:

Empire Earth - 2.49€
Ground Control + Expansion - 2.49€
Lord of the Realm 1 + 2 - 2.49€

The games listed above are 50% off and translate to roughly $3.42 (USD).
For the deal head over to DotEmu (not hotlinking this one due to it kind of being a competitor of GOG.)
Impulse is having the eGames sale, which includes the best version of "Defender of Crown" ever made.

Check it out:

A bit overpriced at original $20 for my taste, but at $10 it's a steal.

Gamezebo has a good review in case you need one:

It's a store/site re-launch? I don't know their DRM and redownloads policy, but the only barely interesting ones to me are these three:
the collections
Pathologic $5
Enemy Engaged 2 $12.50 (the game was a flop, but it's hard to find it for sale. I'd consider it a good deal if it was $5).

And you can safely buy almost all of their catalogue with better prices, from GOG or Steam.

Agreed, another boring weekend for deals.

Only Risen is a good offer, but I wouldn't get it soon anyway.
