MarkoH01: Just got a newsletter from dailyindiegame:

"We have just dropped the prices on hundreds of STEAM titles on our DIG Point Store.
Grab some inexpensive STEAM games, at rock bottom prices, while supplies last."

The games in question seem to be quite unknown but at least they are really cheap so maybe somebody might be interested.

221bBS: Never heard of this site before, so I did some research. Looks legit but found some people telling buyers to activate keys ASAP. Some things to take note on...

You have to add a min. of $5 to your funds.
Games don't have a game page of there own or any kind of description.
Most of the games seem to be shovelware.
It seems as if they have unknown indie games (as you said, mostly shovelware) as well as a marketplace. I could imagine that those suggestions to redeem keys asap were refering to the marketplace. I only noticed the store since somebody posted a freebie from them a long time ago in one of those "free keys" threads. That's the only reason I got their newsletter.

From what I've learned about the store, I get the feeling you should stay away from the marketplace.

I tried to find out why people were saying to redeem the keys ASAP. It seems that a developer revoked unredeemed keys that were sold from DIG. This could be the reason.

odd, never happened, however a dev sent an invalid batch of keys to the store >;> for a game, nopefully the support credited my account to the dig points spent.

anyway those keys weren't working....

as for the marketplace is working as it should, "traders" have no reason to "provide" invalid keys : because if they do it, their account will receive a negative rating.

if a dev provides invalid batches of keys , eiher the ones invalid will be replaced ; either your account will be credited with dig points as i said.....it's missing "something"....

And i never got a key revoked like the user on reddit, but everything is possible, nothing is fullproof at 100%, but that's troubling for sure .....

I got more issues with drm-free copies of games on HB, some devs are just asking to remove legit drm-free builds, just because : those builds are too" old" >;<......To sum up some devs just don't respect customers & laws.....

They've been around for a while and even had some not terrible bundles a looong time ago but the quality went down.

About the second point, in the DIG store clicking the name of the game takes you to their page in Steam. (It might fail in some cases because some shovelware has been removed from the store)

Wow! I own both games, but no DLC. This bundle still costs me $17.46CDN just for the DLC!!
Probably irrelevant, but PUBG and PES 2019 are currently free for Xbox Live Gold subscribers.

EDIT :seems to be free to play for the weekend only?

I own everything except BL2 costumes and Pre-Sequel. Price shows $9.67 for me. Might be worth buying for what is essentially a Pre-Sequel GOTY for under $10. Thanks for posting. :)

That's not much of a deal anymore, your discounted only 74%. You're better off buying the whole package and trading the whole games for something else.
