The story sucked. The game was fine after the patch which was basically the community patch Relic just took and stamped their name on.

carnival73: BFG Deal of the day is up and going for only 3 smackers...

Just in case you don't know, the daily deals are only available to members of Big Fish (unless explicitly stated otherwise), so if you're not a member already, it'll actually cost you $9.98 as you'll be billed for a credit too. The Catch of the Week*, however, is available to every one.

*In this case, Reincarnations: Awakening -- a game that have seen a fair few discounts already.

Lone3wolf: So the Steam Warhammer 40K:Platimum edition for £5 (~$7.50?)...good deal?
good game?
No DRM mentioned....but should I be scared because it's THQ?

Roman5: definitely

considering the fact that you are getting the original DOW game as well as the 2 expansions, you better get it fast because the Steam weekend sale will end 6PM UK time, which should be in around 7 hours

I got the Complete Edition last week from ozgameshop. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Soulstorm the sum of all the other games combined plus some?

In other words, the DoW and WA gave you four races and mini battle fields for campaign, DC took everything from those first two, added another three races and spread the mini battle fields onto one big map and then finally Soulstorm took everything from the previous three, added yet another two races and backed that map out on to several different planets to take over.

I really didn't try to play the others because out of the collection it looked like just Soulstorm needed to be installed in order to have it all?
Nah, the addons were standalone but you need the previous games for the additional campaigns and multiplayer armies. With soulstorm alone, you'll get a subpar campaign with the sisters of battle and dark eldar, both of whom were rather dull

They must save my access data online. I installed all the games when I first got them and I remember having to punch in all the serials from the backs of all the maunuals.

I formated my drive and reinstalled just Soulstorm but had access to all nine races.
Oh I should have been clearer, you only need the CD keys registered to unlock the MP races, its the campaigns you need the games installed for
