DelusionsBeta: AI War: Fleet Command and Zenith Remnant are half price on Steam, Impulse and Gamersgate to celebrate Children of Neinzul's release and the 4.0 Update. I've linked to the Steam versions because for UK (and European) folk, they're the cheapest. US prices are identical on all services. Don't forget. all the keys work for Impulse, Steam and unlocking the demos you can get from Arcen Games' website. There's no offers on CoN, and since all the profits are going to Child's Play anyway you may as well buy that from Arcen direct. Or, of course you can pay full price on all of the stuff direct from the developer and make sure they get more money.
If you're really tight, Tidalis is also half price from and [url=http://impulsedriven.com/tidalis]Impulse. Same deal with the keys, as well.
I was considering the $15 thingy for AI and expansion but now they've just gone and released as second expansion. Probably wait for another six months or so until an AI War Complete compilation is released and can be found discounted. If you're really tight, Tidalis is also half price from and [url=http://impulsedriven.com/tidalis]Impulse. The second expansion they made it to raise funds for childs play. So the $4-seller fees will go to the charity. So I dont think they will bundle it.

There's another expansion coming out on December, and a big one coming late next year. I'd take advantage of the sales right away, if I were you. ;-)

It's kinda funny, I thought that having the complete Warhammer Dawn of War experience meant having the anthology package with Dawn or War and all expansions.
Now that I have the box set, I've come to realize that I only needed Soulstorm. =L

Anyway, the sheer amount of content Arcen gives away in patches makes the purchase 100% worth it. New races, classes, ships, weapons, AI routines...everything. The 4.0 content log reads like something that easily could have been a sold expansion, but they gave it away.
Besides, they have stated they are far from finished expanding AI War, so I strongly doubt you'll see a Complete Edition anytime soon.

KavazovAngel: Its a great game, even for the full price. :P
off: Whats wrong with .NET? You don't need to install anything (on Windows 7) unless a software is based on .NET 4.0. :)
.NET is massive spyware. I know this sounds like conspiracy but all you've really got to do is run software like Security 360 to take note of what .NET does to your system. off: Whats wrong with .NET? You don't need to install anything (on Windows 7) unless a software is based on .NET 4.0. :)
For instance. Did you know that hidden somewhere on your C: drive is a stash file that documents every single file that you burn from your computer onto disc?
I think .NET mostly monitors how third party software acts with other third party software to try and prevent things like competitors sabotaging each others programs or revealing unlock keys to demos.
If you run a cloned file check you'll find all sorts of back door avatars for .NET agents. I really can't be shitted. I have nothing to hide and can easily justify anything that some might find controversial.
The problem is, after some game crashes, when I check Event Viewer, appear to be triggered by a .NET authority security audit.
Now maybe I'm reading into this too much and just paranoid but what it looks like to me is that while I was sitting back peacefully enjoying a game, some jack ass somewhere logged into my computer for some sort of routine inspection and had to kick me out of the game to successfully pull off whatever they were trying to do.

chautemoc: MLB 2K10 $2 http://store.steampowered.com/app/50120/ Apparently quite a good game, and with a few PC patches
It's region locked, right? I'm looking at a sale now of a MLB game for $1, but it says not available on my region.carnival73

It's the same thing. I was talking about this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.NET_Framework
if you ever have to install a copy of XP before Service Pack 2 and find yourself in the situation where you're sitting there with Task Manager open and playing Space Invaders with a massive onslaught of Service Hosts, every once in awhile you'll trip one where you'll get a message from .NET authority that says you did a no no naughty and that is not the way they want you to use your computer and they give you a termination and reboot countdown.
For .NET Authority to have the authority to terminate and reboot my computer when I don't want MY computer terminated and rebooted.....well that's just a little bit too much 'authority.'
