A-Pock: Where was the Civ V code supposed to appear? (please to screenshot with blured key or something). I got the e-mail but no key in sight.
My Account - My Downloads. That said, it doesn't appear there for me either. We might be out of luck on that one.

They will charge you when they ship your order.

They definitely ship to the US. I have received two games from them so far in the past, and I am currently waiting on a third. I believe the store can be a bit quirky though, where some games take an extended amount of time to get. Frustrating, but for the money I have saved there compared to other places, I just try to deal with it.

Still waiting on my third game from there to ship atm.

^ haven't used Zavvi, but I do use Sendit. They are in the same group, but haven't had a problem like that yet. I received Lord of the Rings: Extended Trilogy in just 4 days, and Starcraft 2 in a week and a day or two.

It is good to hear that it worked for you in the past, but I'm pessimistic. What company processes their order for a week anyways? Why can't they respond to me?

Does anyone have a customer support email for that site?

Probably in an attempt to build loyalty before the holidays. Or, in an attempt to generate some quick cash-flow. They may also have a deal with a publisher who is attempting to do either or both of those things, as well.
