I knew we should have voted to become our own country in 2001. I did, and could not fucking believe it when the vote came to 49% for and 51% against... And that was for GST too!

Fucking democracy my ass.

:edit: with the GST - it was 49% against and 51% for but meh, you get what I mean. Now we're stuck with this bullshit GST and still paying the poms taxes and royalties and fuck knows what.

Forgive my Anglophone prejudice. You are correct, and I do apologize.

Well, any GamerZines contest that requires shipping stuff is UK only. The contests for digital downloads are worldwide, always.

KickingSquid: It is possible that they have run out of Steam keys. Or, as some speculate on other forums, that it was a misplaced decimal point, so they've shut the deal off. Still, for the price, I'd say it's worth taking the chance on ordering.
Worst case scenario is that you get a refund. So yes it's definitely worth taking a chance on.

Stop being reasonable, please. We are enjoying colonial nerd-rage against Old Blighty.

KavazovAngel: Any news on that Civ deal?

Navagon: Still no codes. There's a chance that they don't give them out over the weekend. But I'd have thought the process was automatic.
I got mine as soon as I ordered. That was at six this morning, UK time, though, and ive just redeemed the key, and it is good.

Don't, if you try this, maybe you should get revoked key and Steam will disable your acc

If the keys are legit, then using a proxy to buy them in this manner won't matter. They will be added to Steam as "Retail" keys.

You only face getting the game removed from your account if the key is not legit.
Bought Puzzle Bots from the developer, and i will get a Steam key too .
Civ5 for 2.35 pounds already? That's the definition of the word temptation. :)

Either if it was for real or even a single digit mistake on their part, it's nice.

But, anyone here actually purchased something from http://www.coolshop.co.uk/ before? I wouldn't risk to have my Steam account disabled because of a key from an unknown source...
Where was the Civ V code supposed to appear? (please to screenshot with blured key or something). I got the e-mail but no key in sight.
I bought Fallout 3 GOTY from Zavvi.com for 12 pounds last week. The order is still stuck at "processing". I also sent messages through their message center but has so far I have received no replies. Do they not ship games to the US or something? They said they don't ship electronics to the US in the help section but they haven't canceled my order, which they are supposed to do if they can't ship something..

Good thing I was never charged, I guess.
