That's strange, I just looked at both GG sites (.com and .co.uk) and I can buy Ego Draconis on both, for 9 euros and 13 £ respectively.
Since Greece is in the EU, you should be able to do the same. I don't think retailers set different prices for different EU countries.

In my opinion, you'd be better off waiting for the expansion for Ego Draconis anyway. Apparently the base game is somewhat broken and the XP will fix lots of things.

This is strange. The XML feed indicates that the game should be available in your region:
