Thanks for the replies. I ended up buying the game, exp packs and the unlocks. I know you say I don't really need them, chautemoc, but I figure it'll probably give me more to experiment with =) There's no point in mentioning that. For one thing, not everyone has to pay VAT or any other form of sales tax on Internet sales (such as myself, where consumption tax is only applied to purchases made online if the company is based in Japan). And for another, people paying VAT or other forms of sales tax are most likely having to do so when purchasing from most sites online.
Thirdly, VAT and forms of sales tax are legal requirement for your country/state/region, whatever, and will vary from person to person. They are also not levied at the whim of the site you are purchasing from, but by the government of the country/state/region, etc., that you are located in.
