Al1: I know it is only tangentially related to PC games, but I thought it was worthy of flagging up: the iPhone edition of Monkey Island 2 has just gone on sale for $.99 or .59. Note, however, this version does not have the commentary present in the other versions.

Tangentially related is welcome. I never actually said the thread is PC exclusive. :)

One for the Aussies & Kiwi's
Just got an email from the ebay shop I buy most of my games through, they've started an external shop (ebay was costing them too much I guess) and by the noodley appendage of the flying spaghetti monster they have good prices, au$40 for a physical copy of civ 5 (and that's including delivery)!

Looks like a fine shop. :)

When a business hits a certain size they're going to find themselves better able to cut certain expenses and middlemen. But yes, eBay is neither as cheap or as good as it used to be. Certainly not from a seller's standpoint.
Nice storefront though.

The days of getting a bargain on eBay are long gone and anyone serious about making a business of it is going to quit using them sooner or later. It's not uncommon to find stuff on there actually more expensive than any other online retailer especially when you factor in postage costs. Add to that the question of trustworthy sellers and eBay becomes even less appealing.
These days I only use it for tracking down Saturn games and PC parts not sold outside the US.
Alpha Protocol £11. Free EU-wide shipping. Looks like others are out of luck though.

I doubt the shipping to Singapore would have been too kind anyway.
