Anyone have an experience with buying games from the EA store? Do I get an infinite number of downloads, or do I need to back things up? Etc?
Mercenaries 2 is looking shiny (loved the first one on my PS2).

IMO, Mercenaries 2 is mediocre. I loved Mercenaries (I'd totally buy a PC port), but Mercenaries 2 just didn't feel right. I'd recommend you buy The Saboteur (unless you already have it), which is also by Pandemic and is far superior. It's on sale for $9 on Amazon.
YMMV though.

Actually DID grab Saboteur earlier in the week. Been playing it this evening. Fun game, and makes me glad I got an nVidia card this time around.

Good choice. I'm not sure how much Mercs 2 costs during the sale, but I'd say it's worth about $5. Not much more. I'm not sure EA downloader works.

It's on the EA store. Of course it's restricted. After all, they even went as far as to force display of regional stores based on your current IP address.
