undeadcow: Curiously, is it part of GOG's marketing to announce these sales through third party gaming sites without direct reference on their own forum or GOG itself, or is this some sort of slip? I don't understand the lack of heads up at their own page.
As the dude who wrote this (my stats lit up on this place), I think I can explain: Usually, GOG.com puts up an embargo, ensuring that they can get the news out first. Since this had none, I did look into the news being posted by GOG as a first party (trailer included), before writing it up, but none were available. I still thought you'd like to know, but my guess would be they just wanted this news out in preparation or, in lesser extent, they intended it to have an embargo, like with other recent sales.
