Yeah the collection isn't that rare, hard to find anyway, you can get it everywhere now. I just pointed out that it's really cheap, $3.30 per game, being 3 classic games.

Thank goodness using iTunes for Beat Hazard is optional. I'll wait for that.

It's better than most people say - you need to play it with the right mindset to enjoy it though. For $2.50, you might want to try it. I bought it for $10.00 and I don't regret it, though keep in mind that I'm a big Kerberos fanboy (Sword of the Stars Complete is one of my favorite games ever).

I bought it on sale from GG some time ago but I wasn't able to play it because the game would randomly crash to desktop moments after starting a level. It came already patched up to the latest version and last time I checked they haven't released a new patch since.
Eventually I gave up because there were much better games that I CAN play.

Beat Hazard is a 2d space arcade shooter which plays according to the music that's playing from your music collection. It supports mp3/wav/ogg etc. natively but for an extra dollar you can purchase the iTunes mp4 converter. In my opinion iTunes for Windows is the biggest piece of crap audio software I've ever had to use. I don't want that installed on my machine. And that explains my relief comment that iTunes is optional.
