So is this actually worth $20 or is it an unoptimized console port?
Also protip for DRM haters, that 4 activations is 4 PER MONTH, as in the activation limit resets EVERY MONTH to seem more reasonable

Batman is one of the better ports I've played. I was worried it wouldn't play well but the demo convinced me to try it. Great game and works great on the pc imo....
Dark Void
Devil May Cry 4
Flock!
Lost Planet: Extreme Condition - Colonies Edition
MotoGP 08
Resident Evil 5
Street Fighter IV
Are all on sale on GamersGate, unless you're in Japan =(
Does anyone know if they have fixed the Blue Screen of death fatal errors in the Steam version of Batman Arkham Asylum? That would be my only reason to buy it on steam as I already own it on disc. Bought it at EB games when it was selling at half price
Newegg is selling Street Fighter 4 for cheaper than gamersgate

Um... Are you sure the game is really causing a BSOD?
Yes Definitely and none of the patches or fixes work so far

There's a demo available if you want to check it out. It runs great on my was-midrange-three-years-ago system, and I guess the mouse and keyboard control works well enough. I didn't really like the game, unfortunately, but I think that's a minority opinion.
The Game always crashes in the same spot for me. Always at the part when you have to rescue the three doctors and Commissioner Gordon. Which I think is at least a quarter of the way into the game. It's so annoying because Batman AA is so awesome. I'd have to say it's the best Batman game I have seen ever so far. Everything about it is brilliant. I just wish they would fix the crash issues.

Tantrix: Is it DRM free?
If yes, GET IT GET IT GET IT GET IT!
It's the same as captfitz with Stalker: One of my 3 favourite franchises.
GET IT!

The download page says it has DRM. Since it's UBI and coming from a download site, I fully expect it to be the online activation limits and online to save in the cloud business. However, at $2.50 I can justify it as what it is - a rental.
As an aside, unless you alread have a GFWL account, it is hard to get to where you have to pay. Download this, link your hotmail/msn/live account to that, give us your birthday (and 1/1/1900 and 1/1/1910 are invalid birthdays). Seems a little intrusive. Also, sucks to be you if you want GFWL and you are >99 years old, you cannot register.
Also cannot tell if there's a limitation on how long I have to download it, so I'm betting it's two weeks. If anyone has purchased games from GFWL and has contrary experience, please let us know.

I think it stays in your account, and you can download it as much as you want.

More ammunition for my rental theory, according to the page where I clicked purchase: No Refunds, No exceptions. Sounds like a rental to me. I'll report back if it works without Internet. If you don't hear anything, it doesn't.
Another thing I forgot to post earlier - the GFWL downloader doesn't install on Windows 2000. Windows 2000 complains that the installer is not a valid Win32 app. Installed fine on Wine (but doesn't run). A little digging revealed that the GFWL downloader tool requires .NET 3.5, which explains that situation.

You're probably right, but I'll report back if I find out differently.
Amazon.com: Final Fantasy XIII for PS3, for $36.99.
(That is $12.55 less than their usual price of $49.54).
