On Impulse, if you use the coupon "SURVEY-2009" you get 20% off any purchase. The only problem is you cannot pay via paypal when using coupons.

Yeah it looks like BS . The whole facebook page is really vague on the details of this thing. People have been asking questions about how it works, and the onky answer by pcstore has been"You will get the game shortly after the sweepstakes ends, October 12th."

I'd say it's a scam. The domain name was registered through a proxy, the mailing address is a PO box, and the phone number is unpublished.
Legitimate businesses don't hide their ownership.

The funny thing is that at "Yom kippur" in addition to fasting it is forbidden to use fire/electricity (like any Shabbat) let alone play video games =P
