I've not really been following this thread much so apologies if its already been mentioned. But with regards to the D2D $5 deals i noticed a great deal on the epic X-Com complete bundle (Defense, terror from the deep,Apocalypse, enforcer & interceptor) for only £5 which surely must be a must for everyone :)

Here's a little trick: use translate.google.com to see the sales page. It will show the prices in USD. ;-)

Nope, if I don't put a link, people tend to google it, which increases some of the google rankings.

That sounds like effort. Do you have any way to tell how many people simply ignore it and weigh it against the people who actually google it? Not sure if the amount of people you lose is worth the rankings push.
