Delixe: Rebellion are still just a relatively small developer so they need the work. I personally thought the AvP game was very good and did a good job of emulating the movies. Far better than those garbage movies anyway. Chris and Jason Kingsley have both said there would be future 2000AD games with Strontium Dog rumored to be the next on the agenda but they need the money to fund their own projects. 2000AD itself despite the cult following is not very profitable and Rebellion pretty much saved the comic from collapse.
I still haven't played the latest AvP, aside from the demo, which is MP only. So I don't really know how good it is. As for 2000 AD, yeah, it was going under fast. Mismanagement was killing it. But Rebellion really turned it around.
