I bought it but haven't played it yet. It has beautiful artwork, I completely neglected to research gameplay or anything before buying it, just loved the art design. I should probably pull it out, other people seem to like it.

If you like Heroes of Might and Magic type gameplay, give Disciples II a try. It's a bit more limited though, especially the combat, which works more like a Final Fantasy type game with no movmenent on the battlefield.

While not the most original game, it is pretty nice. And the graphics are amazing!

Well that's just odd. I do like Final Fantasy though...
...I should give it a shot. Unfortunately, I've got a massive backlog and that's not high on my priority list :)

Cryxo: How bad are the bugs in Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth on Vista 64bit?
avatar
Tantrix: There is a heavy bug in a late chapter, not to spoiler much, you have to shoot through a lense to zoom at your enemy. The bug is, that the zoom option is out and you can't shoot your goal, meaning you can't continue the game. There isn't any solution from the developers, in the official forum they ignored the mass demands of a patch.
I managed to overpass it by a new save but well, it sucked. If CoC gets on GoG(o lol), I really hope this will be debugged.

Well, it's no doubt a buggy game, but to say that the bugs have been "overlooked by the developers" is entirely wrong.
When the PC version was released, the original developers were already out. They were bankrupt, they had disbanded, they had ceased to be. The game was finished by a single person, using his spare time in order to press the game into a state which was even publishable.
I don't blame him for ignoring the support requests afterwards. If you're going to blame someone, blame Bethesda for not picking up the ball and assigning any of their resources to the game after the original developers went bust.
On a more serious note: Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come is half price at Gamersgate. DRM free too.

Woah didn't know that. Shit is terrible, it's the same with Pandemic fired by EA, I hate those publishers...

Trine@Steam: 75 % $5/£4.25/€5

Jesus GTA IV for €7.50. Goes to show you that if you have patience you can get almost any title eventually for a stupid price.
