Oh, and D2D will give you $15 store credit if you spend $75 or more between April 12 and May 9.

honorbuddy: I want that Call of Cthulu game so badly!

It's worth playing but buggy as hell (including one glitch that only happens at the end and can only be fixed by starting a new game).

I'm interested in it too. But I'll never be getting any games from D2D, so...

D2D is hell bent on not letting people buy games if they don't live in North America. Good to know they're so rich they don't want our foreign money.

Is that in one go, or over a period of time?

It doesn't have to be in one go.

D2D is a saint compared to Impulse...

I don't know why they even have a UK site. Just seems like a waste of time and money to me.

Well yes, I suppose that not accepting your money at all is better than taking far too much of it.

Elven Legacy is sweet. I found it to be an easy to learn, hard to master strategy title. It's hex-based. Low system requirements but looks decent enough. Try the demo.

Sweet. Would like to try the demo but can't. New Zealand internet sucks, I am already capped lol.

Dude, it's obviously cause USA #1!! If you don't like it move somewhere that doesn't suck so much!

Metro09: Didn't really think much of Zombie Driver so I probably wouldn't pay more than $2 U.S. for it -- even with the added free roam play. Much better gaming values out there for $5. Had to roll my eyes at Fallout 3 being 50% but not the GOTY edition. I have a feeling I won't be getting it at the price I won't for a couple of years.
avatar
OmegaX: Fallout 3 GOTY was already 50% off not too long ago at D2D. I think it was during the Valentine Day Promo.

Strange they wouldn't just do it again.
steam:
Left 4 Dead 2 dropped permanently from $49.99 to $29.99. (two-three weeks old news, but haven't seen this posted around).

Hmm that leaves us with two options for D2D, move to:
#2 Canada
#3 Mexico
Nahhh, don't need to... I'll live without the restricted games.
Also I don't see what's soooo bad about Impulse, I find D2D much more insulting for the customer than other sites. Hell, what's better than fix-cz example, of blocking a game on the .eu site?

Which is nothing more than a mistake. Contact support and bring it to their attention and it'll be fixed fairly quickly. They've made similar mistakes in the past and have always fixed them within 24 hours of being informed.

OK then, I'll let the europeans reclaim that from the support.
Still, I don't get what makes Impulse that much worse than D2D.
At least I have more products available to buy from Impulse, and for you in Japan I guess you don't get more of the hot releases because the publishers don't allow it, not Impulse.
