Thanks, but no, thanks.
I don't think Forgotten Sands actually requires the constant internet connection anymore. Least, last I saw it wasn't among the games that needed it. Kind of hard to find an updated list. Think it's like most of Ubi's stuff in that it requires a first time authentication though.

It was, but it seems it was removed. GG forgotten to mention that.

AFnord: Sengoku is 70% off. This is Paradox's title that takes place in feudal Japan, and is similar in style to their other titles, though it plays quite differently.
And your from Sweden too ! :p

It would have been a great game, even if it came from our sworn enemies.... Denmark! :P
I recommend Sengoku. Even if you have a slow machine, there is a legacy mode (the game looks aweful then in terrain view mode, but who uses it?), but you would be able to play even on your netbook (if it supports 1024x768)
Q.U.B.E. is half-off on Steam, $7.49. I'm more interested in getting it 75% off from GamersGate or Desura one of these days, personally.

Plus their free expansion pack was just released. ... too bad nobody can play it because they broke Steam again. :P

You've got to love the European price logic with 1,20€ for the base game, 0,90€ for the expansion and 2,25€ both.

Maybe it's the Euro 1/2 zone difference.

It probably is. Also, the base game usually cost 1€ more here, when not on sale. Expansion has the same price though.
