I can't see it either, there's instead a huge indie sale on Steam. Almost all the popular titles you can think of have been discounted, there are about 90 games on sale. If you've been wanting a particular indie, maybe it's on sale. ;-)

It is here though. They mist just not have activated it in certain regions yet (it would be odd if it is not on sale all over the world, or at least in the regions where you can buy it)
