The sale doesn't include the DLC, but the pack does.
When you look at the pack, each individual item shows the 75% discount EXCEPT the DLC.

I think what he meant is that it wasn't supposed to be in the pack.
Of course, while it's there, if you want it, just go ahead.

I was seriously considering it, considering the pack costs less than the DLC alone, until I realised that the DLC is multiplayer only.
I have already got Warband & don't tend to play multi, so not really much here for me.

I heard that Ubisoft said this game was DRM-free now. So what does that mean? Starforce 1 activation? Tages? UbiDRM? Anal probe? Or do they just send a guy around to your house with a sledgehammer to fuck your PC up?

The M&B Collection was not supposed to include the Napoleonic Wars DLC. We have now adjusted the Collection on the store to it's previous pricing without the DLC for the remainder of this Weekend Deal. Users who did purchase the discounted Collection with the DLC included will still have access to this content and will not be affected. Apologies for the confusion on this matter.

Do not touch, it's nothing like the classic.
Even the devs acknowledged it was a cheap shot to see if the franchise was worth reviving.

If you decide to bite the bullet, be aware that this game is not Jagged Alliance. While it may (or may not) be a nice game on its own, do know what you are getting into. There are already a couple of mods available for it at The Bear's Pit, though I haven't played it yet, so I can't tell you if it's good or not. But imho, the lack of Fog of War is a huge minus.
