As I already mentioned, on the From Holland With Love Pack page it states: "If you already own one of the titles in this pack, you will receive an extra copy of that game to give to a friend!"

Yet when I add it my cart and go to the checkout it tells me "Note: You already own the following items in "From Holland With Love Pack". You will not receive extra copies of these items when you complete this purchase" and lists the games I already own!
Seems to just be a general warning but you should still get the copies.

Make a screenshot and complain/ask for a refund/whatever if you don't get an extra copy.

No. Since that's a pack, you can only put the whole pack into your inventory.

Green Man Gaming is currently running a 60% off all Iceberg Interactive games. Four of them use Steam - Nuclear Dawn, Oil Rush, Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 and Zeno Clash.

I didn't preorder it either. Make no mistake, I do want to get it eventually, but I never buy a game on release. That way I avoid any of the early bugs and get a better, patched version when I finally do purchase it.

While I usually do what you do, and wait a while (though in my case it has more to do with sales and wanting to hear if the game is a complete waste of time & money).

Thus far though I have to say that Grimrock is surprisingly bug free. I've encountered a grand total of 0 issues with the game, and it is remarkably well balanced in general. In fact, I can't really remember when I played a game that worked this well close to its release. I'm just taking a break because the intensity of the game is killing me (and I need more tea), then it is back to Grimrock!
