Damn, 1C Complete but no DLC for MOW Vietnam and AS
The component that gave me a WTF? moment is Theatre of War 2.
It has Kursk & its ex-pack.
It ALSO has the Kursk & x-pack in 1 game special edition!
It has Africa ex-pack, but NOT the Africa base game!!

dirtyharry50: This little analysis was brought to you by someone with too much time on their hands this morning. I hope you find it useful.
Thank you. I was hoping to do something similar to figure out what was worth my time, but now it's pretty much done.

Many of the games do not specifically state they support Windows 7. Some must run on it no problem, but others likely won't. The King Bounties and Men of Wars alone are worth the price of admission though, but I'd still like to find out how dreadful the DRM is before installing those.
Also to mention Scary Girl platformer is 20% off on Steam:

here is a nice review: great visual, even better gameplay, and ... too short.

Does anybody have more information on A.I.M.? It looks interesting, but other than the positive reviews on GamersGate, I couldn't find anything at all about it.

Any impressions? Is it working fine on W7 x64?

Also, daily deal on Steam is Sol Exodus for $5.

It didn't get the best reviews at release, but looking at the forums, the game has seen several improvements, such as better joystick support, addition of a cockpit mode, etc.

Played it when it was released here. It's mm... like all those action games that mix trading with plot, only you slide a lot more since everything hovers. Hard Truck Apocalypse is also like that, but on wheels and I put much more time into that game, so AIM is got erased from my memory.

A Russian LP of it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ly6jzxCgR7A
I just noticed something "interesting" about the 1C complete pack.

Check out A-Race extreme show and Adrenalin. Notice anything?
The cover art is identical
The games have a near identical install size (0.47mb difference)
The description of the games is nearly identical. A-race just promises a bit more:
-Spectacular special effects
-Joystick and force-feedback steering wheels support
-Original soundtrack featuring the most popular Russian rock stars

Did 1C put the same game up for sale twice, just changing the name in the process?

I think that it must be more or less the same game....
Perhaps they first published it as "Adrenalin" and then later as "A-Race extreme show".. ?
If you check the description at GG then you will find it identical (?) except game name....
(Maybe it is due to that if they have sold the game at GG as a "title" then they need to keep it as a download as that specific ttle or maybe it is a "contract issue" ?)

Anyway , at "1C Publishing" you will not find "Adrenalin" mentioned at the list of games.... :

Here is the link to "A-Race extreme show" also :

DodoGeo: Over 80 games is overkill and it kind of touches the point EnigmaticT was doing about too cheap sales,
or maybe that was just marketing talk since GOG cannot afford to discount games that heavily...

chances are, if you're buying this pack, you're not buying it for the 80+ games but a half a dozen to a dozen of them.

you do get the Special Edition of MoW:V, though, which includes the DLC. as has been said, if you activate MoW:V on Steam, it'll be the standard edition there.

GamersGate Daily Deal:

Men of War: Vietnam for 7.49 $/€ (75% off).

Probably not worth it when you can get it together with 67 other items in the 1C Complete Pack.

Just as a note, except Beat Hazard every gamepage shows steam-key only.

Edit: Beat Hazard is labeled as drm-free download.

Doesn't bother me :) I almost like steam better than drm free since I don't have the bandwidth to download anything atm

Men of War vietnam I think that haves the dlc included if you install it from gamersgate instead of steam. At least it says so at the beginning of the game for me

No problem and no offense from my side ;-) I just posted it, because for many users it's a relevant information that is not directly written on the frontpage (or I can't see it).
