No, he was making fun of the pricing scheme based on where in the world you are:
Soccer = US = USD = $19.99
Football = EU = Euro = 24,99€

I am from Turkey and we are not in Europe Union. Yes, we are in Europe and using Football but Steam pricing for us is USD. USD is better for us anyway 1 $ = 1.5 TL, 1 € = 2.1 TL

acare84:

I know that but he is from the Czech Republic and their prices are in euros; you guys are lucky to still shop in USD, just as I'm lucky to shop in GBP instead of Euros.
Also, when I write EU I mostly mean Europe as a whole and not the European Union and most of Europe has their prices set to Euro on Steam.
Play-asia has Bioshock 2 (XBox360) Asian version (English language, no region protection) for US$33.33.
On gamersgate:
A Farewell to Dragons 67% off, $9.95
Ascension to the Throne 75% off, $4.95
Fantasy Wars 60% off, $7.95
Korea: Forgotten Conflict 50% off, $4.95
Men of War gold 43% off, $19.95
and others.

I have been wondering, where do you guys get those awesome impulse coupon codes? There's a couple of apps and a game I'd like to get there...

Impulse Now, which is located in the Stardock programs folder as "Impulse Tray." There are no deals active on it now, but when deals are active, you can right click the tray icon and a "view promotions" option will be available.
Steam has Gridrunner, Space Giraffe, Bullet Candy, Bob Came in Pieces, Altitude, Super Laser Racer, and Galcon Fusion for $2 each or the bundle for $9.99

Hmm I just know Bob Came and Altitude. Any opinions about the others?
Leaning towards 'Bob' and fortunately there's a demo. I've heard a lot of good stuff about Altitude but the community seems to have died a bit plus I never really cared for the controls/game play. The other stuff should be no more than $2 list price -- I'd say $2 for all of them would be a bargain but not $2 for each.
Condemned is £2.50 on Get Games.

Including You Are Empty for £2.95. Surprisingly good actually. I had a feeling about that one. But I let the negative reviews put me off.

Game looks good. I also got an eye on Vivisection:

Is it good?
