nagytow: I think it works, it's just your browser having problems with the cookies. The easiest way is to use a different browser. Alternatively log off your trial account (log off all services) and log back in.

The problem is most likely because fileplanet, which actually hosts all beta keys, is not aware of your trial.

thebum06: I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. So I don't think it's a cookies thing. It's not just on fileplanet either, the official IGN site doesn't register it either and I have to follow a direct link to even access the management page. I'm far from the only one with this problem either, even paid customers who are not on trial have this problem.
I am also on trial but can't login. Got my trial some time ago, should still be valid.

If I try to login, it just throws me back to prime main page.
If I try to get another free trial "The user xxx already has access to the selected subscription."

PandaLiang: Clicking on the 7 day trial option only make the red dot go to that option, nothing happens.

When I'm already logged in, I just clicked the 7 day trial button on the bottom and it allowed me to go on.

You look like you're already a step ahead though, if it doesn't say that you're already logged in then it might be different for you :(

When we click the trial button at the bottom we are told that we already have a trial so we can't get another one. But when we try to log in we are just redirected to the same page without anything happening.

I don't know then, sorry. I suppose they realized what was happening and fixed it..

Clicking the Get Free Trial button directs me to the subscribe page. Trying to login on the subscribe page only gives me something like "Invalid username or password".......(funny thing is, it ask for email to login, not username......)
Really don't know what's going on.....

They just broke it a few days ago when trying to prevent this infinite trial thing, so now it's broken for a lot of people. I've even heard paying users complain about lost access.

Guess it's time to purchase an IGN Prime membership. Their free games have been good in the recent past (Rochard, Sanctum, King Arthur, etc). Plus, it's only $50. Seems like a decent deal.

grynn: Also there is a PERMANENT 15% off promo for GamersGate on IGN Prime. I think this is better than free Rochard :D. I just entered it to my GG account and it applies to all games even if it's already on sales.

Revisor: The GG discount from Prime works only as long as I'm a prime member, or once activated on GG it works forever?
Can someone test it?
Probably works forever but I'll try it next week when my trial has ended.

So far, paying for IGN prime doesn't seem cheaper for me than buying the games I want when they are on sale. The 15% bonus at GamersGate sounds nice in theory, but not any more if I figure in the costs; I'd need to spend several hundred dollars per year on games only to break even.

Also, I really don't like companies who are advertising something as "FREE!" and then have inevitable follow-up costs in the small print. Plus, I lost hope in IGN years ago and don't really trust them.

I'm happy for GamersGate though, the deal with IGN makes them an even more attractive competitor to Steam for the IGN Prime users, which is good.

Thanks. I might actually buy Dungeon Siege 3 now. After years of resistance I broke down last night and bought an Xbox 360 controller for my pc. All I needed to do was plug it into the USB port and I was good to go. So now I can actually play crappy console ports on my pc. Yipppie! ;-P

Hmm, I don't see any information about DRM. Do we know if/which one they use? Also, does GetGames use a client, online activation, or similar? (I could probably find that out by reading their ToS, but I have little time right now, sorry :( ).

I had that game from day 1 and i can say only play it if you got a good gamepad.
