Yes, it is very good. In my opinion it is on of the best RPG/RTS games ever made. It has a good balance between having to use small groups and armies in the same maps, and the factions plays differently. The heroes can feel a little overpowered at times, but it is a very hard balance act to implement anyway. If you get the whole series it is very interesting to play from the first game and onwards, as it is easy to see how the developers tinkered and improved the formula over time. I think it is also one of the few series where each game/expansion is improving on the previous one, when playing them you can see a steady progression in design. The stories themselves can feel a little cliché, but the maps are usually well designed.

For the price it is on now, you will quite a lot of game-play. I think it is really worth it.

So do Dead Space 2 and Bullet Storm, both were $5 on the last Steam sales (and more expensive for us Euro's). They can stuff it with their regional prices until they reach at least a 1:1 level. ME1 and Dead space are pretty decently priced though for those interested.

Edit: Prices seem to be a little different for me than the ones listed above. Bulletstorm/Dead Space 2/ME 2/C&C4/Medal of Honor are €7.50, Spore €3. Yeah that list is pretty off to the bad side compared to what I can buy them for.
