Game of the Year for me. And yes, you can replay the game since you can try different playstyles. You can even finish the game withouth killing anyone but the few bosses.
The digital agumented edition does not contain any DLCs.

You have to buy the missing link dlc - you should have the rest. at least it was like that before

Yes. Though they used to be able to be unlocked with Gibbed's mod thing. Except for Missing Link, since that is actually addon content, I think.

Yeah replaying once as a pacifist and once as a murderous asshole is probably worth it.
There's only The Missing Link and I don't think you probably need it. The augmented edition comes with some sort of lockpick tool, which isn't really necessary if you plan to take any computer hacking at all. I don't know that it comes with anything else at all worthwhile to the game. I'd get the regular edition, play it, and then decide if you want the DLC some day (for 10 bucks I don't want it).

The GOG version contains the "adventure pack" which adds, according to joystiq.com, a "metric ton" of content.
