Yeah, what Luisfius said. It's one of those 'free trials' that wants to start automatically charging you once the trial period is over. The option I picked was something like "7-day free trial ($14.95 per quarter after 7 days)". You just have to make sure you cancel it after you get your free game (turn off auto renew).

I wonder if they'll really keep letting me sign up for free trials indefinitely or if there's some limit?

Yeah, while the trial lasts. This is my second trial (got Orcs Must Die! with the first one). They are aware that people do this, I think they just hope people will forget to cancel.
