I don't get this.

A game with that same name already exists. Hell, it made it to part three.

Can't really trademark a period of history I guess.
Steam Daily Deal is 66% off PuzzleQuest: Challenge of the Warlords, making it $3.33 here in the States. Looks interesting...

Like many deals this one is good if you like this style of game. Personally, I find it tedious. There is no demo for the game on steam but there is a non-english free version here:

If you enjoy playing that you will like puzzle quest.

I read every post on this page except for that one. Brains work in very strange ways...

Very tempted by this myself. I am fascinated by feudal Japan (hell - modern Japan, too), and it seems like they have made this quite similar to Crusader Kings, which I've been meaning to try for a while. Sounds like a match made in heaven.

Might wait for a few reviews, though.

Worldshift 80% off on gamersgate this week.

I don't know how it is, what its about or whether it is good or not though.
Amazon has some nice deals. They may or may not be restricted to the United States, you'd probably have to check by game. I'm not sure.

Notable games on sale are:

Jagged Alliance bundle of JA2 & Unfinished Business for $3.99
Robin Hood Legend of Sherwood for $2.99
Disciples II Gold for $1.99
Port Royale 2 for $1.49
Sacred Gold for $2.99

And they have a few "bundles" on sale. Nothing that great though when many of the games can be picked up on their own without the dead weight games.

I also don't know if it's been mentioned, but they're selling Dead Island for $39.99. Best price I've seen anywhere.

Agreed 100%

Doesn't look too bad but i'm not willing to infect my computer with TAGES for a £1.99 game (or any game for that matter). The thing i don't understand is that the developers of that game are indie? Why on earth would indie devs put DRM on their game. I thought that indie games were so popular Because they don't use DRM, Seems kinda stupid to me.

Sigh, and here I originally liked GG because it was the European digital retailer.
