Naturally, since people who download from filesharing sites are known to activate their games.

PincushionMan: Do you think that GamersGate can reset those limits also?
Of course. GamersGate's stance is that once you've bought a game, you "own" it. So any activation limits preventing you from playing your game will be dealt with by them (even if that means issuing a new serial).

Speaking of which, they recently issued new serials for Saints Row 2 to all customers (serials that will grant an uncut English language version of the game on Steam if you really must add it to Steam).
Asking again:

Please someone from the USA or Canada be so kind and buy me Dragon Age 2 on direct2drive. I will send first the money via PayPal, or buy GOGs for the same amount of money. Plus, there is a 15% off coupon code (CHEAPASS15). So with the coupon code, the game should be 10.2 USD.

The reason is, it's much cheaper on the US site than in the UK site.

Which is strange, regularly they activate the deals in what would be one hour and 20 or so minutes ago.
Well, this is kind of exciting. For the first time ever, Big Fish Games is offering a sales discounts on Collector's Edition games. This weekend, all Collector's Editions released before this month are $9.99. Go to Big Fish Games and type in Coupon Code: ONETIME. Sale runs from 8/27-8/28.

Metro's subway culture technology must have broken down again.
Looks like Steam's Metro 2033 deal has finally activated:

Now the question is, is the game any good?
All I've read about it says it is good. Like a linear STALKER, but incredibly pretty. Or something.

My only criticism is the in-game economy is fairly poorly handled, despite being an awesome idea.

Note that these keys are most likely locked to the US, so don't try to bypass amazon's region lock with proxies and the like to get the deal.
