No, it isn't. That is Second Encounter, not Serious Sam 2. Serious Sam 2 is a different game.

Serious Sam 2 is very different looking from the others.

Oh I had no idea of that. Then again, I didn't play either of them when they released, so I thought second encounter was the second game :P

Either way, is anyone excited about SS3? I'm not :\ It looks just like the old games with shinier graphics.

Wait...you haven't played any of them, yet you are disappointed that SS3 is just like its prequels? That's just being an asshole lol.

I said I didn't play them when they were released. I played the remake of the first encounter, and have the one for the second encounter. Get your fact straight before going for name calling, or even better, help create a better community and don't do name calling at all.

Sheesh, someone needs to relax.

Exactlybecause of that, because it will focus on insane action and fast gameplay than in cinematic quality, scripting and boring-ass maps. Huge maps with tons of enemies and hilariously powerful equipment to deal with them.

Pretty much, because it seems that it will be what Duke Nukem Forever should have been and more. (And because the Serious Sam games are pretty high quality, and games that play like that are not very common anymore)

Just Cause 2 - 3.49 GBP, requires Steam

It's a GTA like very cool action game, I recommend it!

$5 on GamersGate.com
Just Cause 2 is EXTREMELY worth it at that price point

Indeed. I'm about 30 hours in it and according to achievements I've only done 3 out of 7 story missions. But in a sense that might actually be it's low point. Few story missions and lot's of mindless rampage to unlock said missions. I don't think I'll finish it, but with that many hours in it I'd also recommend it at that price.

At that point in the game, you certainly don't need more rampage to unlock the missions. Just go on to the next one and the rest will open up naturally.
