To me the Aztec or whatever one and Bob Came in Pieces look the best. If I get it, it'll be for those two, and hopefully the puzzle games will be fun, and act as awesome gravy.
In regards to the Indie Summer Pack:

I bought it a while ago for $5, and they basically give you a 1.6GB zip file to download. You only get a couple of attempts to download it though (online people said 5 attempts, on mine it says 9).

...FAIL...

This information is enough to keep me from buying it. I hate packs that are bundled in one big download that you can only download for a limited time. Pure BS in my opinion.

reaver894: I looked at it in a shop 2 months ago for £7.50 and got Loki instead, Ive played it once :-)

carnival73: I got Loki for a buck from Beamdog - forgot I had it until just now - haven't installed it yet.
Hmm, always wanted to try that one, anywhere to get it without DRM?

kiva: show me the games bundle 28.50 it has Gratuitous Space Battles, Castle Vox, Evochron:Mercenary, Fate of The World and Smugglers IV
DRM on any of these? And does Gratuitous Space Battles have all the expansions?

Another game bundle. The price is $10.00 ($5.00 off if you share through facebook.)

Games include:

Aztaka
City Rain
Puzzlegeddon
Bob Came in Pieces
Vizati
Lylian Paranoid Friendship

The question is, is e-junkie a safe payment service? I don't think I've ever heard of them, I suppose Google could help, but rather ask someone who's safely used them.

I don't know, I didn't buy from them. I just stumbled across it, though it looked decent on the surface, but it appears that they have bundled all the games in one download, and have a limited amount of downloads.

It's not ideal, for sure, but I have a good connection, I'm reasonably certain I can grab them. That Aztaka game looks kind of fun, mostly why I'd want the pack.

I know we have gotten off topic, but Aztaka is quite good. I grabbed it through the Yawma PWYW that ran late last year/early this year. It is definitely worth the price they are asking for the pack. Be warned though, it takes a bit of getting used to. A 2D, side-scrolling, RPG, is definitely an acquired taste IMO.
That's the problem with digital downloads. I only go with folks I trust enough to give my card details to them, and even then I cannot vouch that they are completely safe against Internet miscreants. I won't mention names of sellers, but I believe there should be a level of discretion used when purchasing online.

Not sure, Beamdog has a mother of a DRM which is its client which isn't near as functiona as Steam's client.

Over here in Zealand though, I 've seen Loki hard copies marked down dirt cheap.

It was offered free with a copy of a local PC gaming magazine.

U can buy them from D2d which is available worldwide
The Pack that includes Gratuitous Space Battles does NOT include its DLC. You must buy it on your own ($6.99 for the Galactic Conquest DLC, which is online only and $9.99 for the Factions DLC bundle).

The e-junkie thing uses paypal, so it shouldn't be that risky.

Neat.
Thanks for sharing this.
Aztaka, Bob Came In Pieces, and Lylian Paranoid Friendship were all games I wanted to get eventually. I think I can spare $5 to get them all, though.
