Nothing really interests me on GamersGate at the moment. Everything I want I have and things I am curious about aren't cheap enough like Two Worlds 2. :/

Sadly how I usually feel about Gamersgate sales. I think after Steam/Gog Gamersgate would be my most likely place to buy from but I rarely feel enticed by their sales sadly.

Edit: Although Grand Ages Rome looks like a nice deal, and Patrician 4 seems to be coming down to a more decent level finally.

The only thing that interests me on GamersGate right now is Dreamfall: The Longest Journey which I don't think I've ever seen discounted. Be aware though that it lists Starforce as the DRM.

As I've spent far too much money this month I'll have to skip it anyhow. Maybe one day Steam can discount it to a similar level. They, as far as I know, don't use Starforce on their version.

By all accounts it's better than the original and has a longer SP campaign. Releases on May 4th/5th (depending on timezone).

The latest official patch removes the DRM. I had similar worries before buying a physical version of the Limited Edition, hence this thread.

Yeah, I don't think Valve sell GFWL games in unsupported regions anymore. But if you get it gifted and make a UK/US account you can still play it.

OmegaX: Ok, it took me a while to download the game but I just checked and the GG version of SupComFA is compatible with the patch that they host (1.5.3596 to 1.5.3599) which seems to be the same as the one found here.
Also I checked the installed files with protectionID before and after applying the patch. Before the ForgedAlliance.exe had SecuROM on it and after it was removed.
I think Angie told you on Twitter that she would give you the sale price if you still wanted the game so maybe this helps you decide.
Wow thanks for doing all of that! I still haven't heard a peep from support on the same issue.

Ah never mind misunderstood your post Snoo. As I understand it though, GG Support rarely, if ever, tests out specific bugs for users. From my experience, they're mostly just there to point you in the right direction if you have a question to ask, or to refund you.
