Direct2Drive is starting their "24 days of Christmas" promo. It seems there will be a daily deal everyday until the 24th and you can win the game for free participating in their contest: (only for US residents)

The UK has the same thing just with different deals, 50% of trine today. The terms and conditions for the contest links to the US and canada only rules but I assume because they are running it from the UK store it applys to those in the UK as well.

At least they got the contest part right. The UK store has a tree ornament that is different from the logo of the game that is on sale. The US store only shows the logo of Mirror's Edge and no ornament.

You may want to refresh or turn off your adblocker, because I see a very familiar face in the ornament.

You are right. I completely forgot that I had AdBlock+ on Chrome =/
I don't know whose face is that though. The UK site's ornament was easier for me.

Here's a handy tip: Start your purchase on GamersGate, select a payment method and then close the page once the confirmation email arrives. You can then finish that order at any time and still only pay the price listed on that order.
That way you can ensure that if no other site drops the price more, you can still go back and get it at 30% off.
