lowyhong: Does Play.com allow no exceptions for intl shipping for countries not listed in their Export countries list? They have such great deals, which makes me all the more jiffed that they don't ship here.
Not as far as I know, sorry. But to be honest with you, I've seen similar deals to these elsewhere. Zavvi do worldwide shipping, save for a couple of countries. I don't know what their prices are like though. You could take a look there.

Delixe: Neverwinter Nights 2 Platinum just went up on Steam €9.99. If you haven't bought it yet, now is the time.

Foxhack: What's the deal with this game, anyway?

It doesn't seem to include Mysteries of Westgate, at least not based on the store page.
Vanilla NWN2 is flawed. Fun characters, but FAR TOO MUCH content, and badly paced. It doesn't introduce the most unique/fun parts of the game until halfway through, and by then you are almost certain to be burned out of it. It is kind of like Baldur's Gate, only slightly worse, and a system resources hog.

The first expansion is at the same time an independent campaign, and what may be the best CRPG experience since Planescape: Torment. Extremely worth it for that price just for the first expansion. Much better paced, writing is considerably more solid than the base game's was, all in all an excellent experience.

Dunno about the other two expansions, never got them, base game plus first expansion were once like 15 bucks on Gamersgate and there's where I got them.

carnival73: Yup, this always goes on sale the second that I'm broke.
i would recommend buying neverwinter nights 2 for only those looking to quit playing rpg games forever because it will be the last rpg you will play, despite the name neverwinter nights the game is a total brain killer and with horrible controls they just made a screwed up rpg game and named it neverwinter nights 2 other than that it has no relation to nwn1
read the steam forums to get an idea on how er well made this game is
GamersGate: Looks like they are giving away "OddBox: Bundle" to anyone who correctly guess this game depicted in their recent post within the next 24 hours.
http://www.facebook.com/GamersGate?sk=wall

You will obviously have to like their page, but still, it's kinda too easy to just pass up.

Hm.

Wonder if we can gift this free game?

Eh?

I already have this on Steam. I was thinking of answering that thing so I could gift this set to a friend of mine.

I was having a crack at a joke on the blue coins system, where you can even rate and review free games to get those nice little blue coins ;)

You can probably gift it if you don't download and/or claim the product key.
Found this out via HardForum:

Medal of Honor (the newer version) is available from the IGN PC Store for $7.50 (US / Canada only.) And you can use the key with EA's Download Manager.

If only I wasn't stuck in Mexico. :p

And I'm ticked off 'cause my Direct2Drive login doesn't work on IGN. The hell? They're the same company!

Maybe GG should think things through a little more next time. If it's giftable, I'd gladly gift to anyone with a spare extra giftable half-life 2 key lying around.

Anyone remember the pay what you want game and music bundles at around christmas time? Seems like the people that did it will be doing another one on the 23rd for 48 hours. This pairing is Bob Came In Pieces and some artist called FantomenK. The music seems pretty cool if you are into that sort of thing.

The one caveat I should mention is that at the moment no pricing has been announced. It may be a pay what you want, or simply a special price. Neither the email that informed me of it or the linked trailer, linked, indicated either way.

I'll probably be picking it up just for Bob Came In Pieces.

The offer will be available from here come the 23rd
