If you're talking about me, I wasn't putting anyone down, or at least it wasn't my intention to do so if I unknowingly did (which I doubt). I merely felt that there was no reason to get upset to such an extent, even though I can understand why people are feeling miffed. What's the point of getting so upset over this, just acknowledge it was a bad move and get on with the more important matters, that was my point.

But I'm digressing, so let's go back to the more important matters.

I didn't hear anything very good about Forsaken Gods, but I've never heard of an enhanced edition either. I'll look for some better info. It's more expensive than what I paid for Gothic II Gold and 3 together, though.

Good news: Forsaken Gods Enhanced Edition is a patch made officially by the same team who worked on the Gothic 3 Community patch, so it probably solved most of it's original problems:
