Delixe: Post from Valve employee:
Ghostbusters should be available world-wide now (for real). Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you continue to have trouble purchasing from outside North America.

bansama: Yep finally I have the game. God only knows how much Gabe had to mud wrestle the Atari people.

Well he's so huge he'd win easily.
What about the DRM and install limits on Spore? got removed?
I want it, but $20 is a bit much.

If you're talking about the Steam version, it never had anything other than Steam. The retail version still uses SecuROM but you can deauthorize installs to regain activations.

This is correct.
To deactivate games, as he mentioned, visit:

Crusader Kings Complete is GG's deal for the day -- this is yet another of their often discounted titles. This time, it's 50% off.
Thanks guys. Yes, I was talking Steam and I know this EA tool already, just wanted to know the current status on Steam.

Whatever happened to Ubisoft and DRM? They released some DRM-free games (Prince of Persia 2008, I recall), and then they returned to TAGES.
Also, does anyone have any idea as to what D2D will offer on Monday? They claim that a most excellent deal will become available.

Ubi got drm-free for Prince, but then they play wrong with DLCs. And IIRC, UBI is working on a new form of DRM.
D2D, I can't imagine what they have, maybe some $5 deals again? But my disappointment is that it is US and Canada only, almost for sure.
Steam
EVE Online: Apocrypha 4,99€
Battlefield 2: Complete Collection 9,99€
Lucidity™ 2,24€
Trackmania United Forever 14,99€
Prince of Persia® 14,99€
World of Goo 4,99€
Guild Wars ® Trilogy 17,49€
Today's Steam sales are a huge let down if you ask me:
Eve Online 75% off -- a frequently discounted game
Battlefields 2 complete 50% off -- regionally restricted
Lucidity 75% off -- not worth it, the game is dire
Trackmania United Forever 50% off
Prince of Persia 50% off -- but you won't ever see the "concluding" DLC
World of Goo 75% off -- a frequently discounted game
Guild wars Trilogy 50% off
Maybe tomorrow will see something better?

Make your fish faces, because today's deals are carp!
Actually the Eve Online offer is pretty good.

Is it? I suppose my eyes ignored the title "Eve Online" as I consider it to be nearly as exciting as doing my taxes. Ironically, there is some accountant-related job in Eve, right?
But hey, many people love that game. By all means, enjoy it.
They are somewhat dissapointing.
Is Guild Wars Trilogy = Guild Wars: The Complete Collection ?, if then its a good deal imo
