carnival73: Has Steam extended the C&C sale? It was meant to end at 10am Pacific but they're still listed on sale.....

Foxhack: ... not here they're not. :| The sale ended at the normal time.
Doh! Now going back to look they just pulled them. =(
Age verification for a regionally blocked page. Only on Impulse...

drmlessgames: If they got quake 4 then GoG will get it soon!!!! :D
That doesn't follow. The very fact that it's regionally restricted up the arse would seem to confirm that it's some considerable time away from winding up here.

not to mention the price point or that iD doesn't have any games on here yet...

I haven't got a clue what the [rice is as the age check leads to a pretty much blank page. Which is of course the kind of thing we should be protecting small children and family pets from.

But yes, pricing might be an issue. I don't think that id would appreciate being told that their 18 year old game might do better at the $5.99 price point.
$3,59 for Arx Fatalis, worth it?

Very much so if you like oldschool RPGs, especially with the source code just released..should see some sweet mods before too long.

This is a link to the general sales page so there are a few more deals in there too.

Also on Steam, BIT.TRIP RUNNER for $8.99 USD
Next in the stream of OnLive sales:

Hey, thanks for the tip. It's $20 here. First time I've seen it go this low. I think even the Steam sale had it for $30.

So, It's an Ubisoft published title - what's the copy protection like? UbiDRM or Nadeo-login based? The GG page doesn't mention anything.

I think if Onlive were to take on more of a monthly payment plan they would do better as the site does allow people to play games that normally are too powerful for their systems but there is no actual ownership of anything when it comes to Onlive's games.

well... they do have a "play pass" which is $9.99/month and gives you access to not all, but a lot of their games, and the first month is free.
