Yes you should. That's a pretty serious error. It would really suck if it actually goes through and people not only free games but potentially free money or credit.
Do I really need to contact them on Twitter? because I can't find contact info or something like that >.<

It's on their faq page, you can email them at: contact@beamdog.com
They also used to have a feedback button on their main page, but I don't see it now.

Two questions about BeamDog

I know it is client dependent

but

1. Can I back up games like I do with Steam
2. How long is this new sale going to last? (Gods: Lands of Infinity looks mighty tempting but I've got no more bling until the middle of next week).

1. Don't know.
2. Says Weekend Sale. So middle of next week is probably too late.

For what it's worth, EA Store has All Spore Games on sale for 1/2 price until Sunday.

Some EA games just had a price drop on Impulse (and I assume other outlets)...NFS Hot Pursuit ($30), Dead Space 2 ($40), Spore ($20), Create ($20), NFS Shift ($20), and Medal of Honor ($30). All NA only, of course.

Looks like EA's new plan is to sell at a higher initial price but drop the price more quickly after launch.
